Welcome to BT Network Call Analyst (NCA). We’ve designed it as the perfect complement to your traditional telephony services as well as FeatureLine and Embark. Why? It transforms your static NCP report information into animated, live data that you can manipulate, interrogate and even apply to individual cost centres across your organisation. It helps save you money, improve efficiency and enhance the way you deploy your customer relationship management programmes.
